This family has set up home in the central Oud Metha overlooking the beautiful Wafi Mall and the lush greens of Dubai Creek. Having lived in the apartment for quite a few years, the family felt their house needed pizzazz to bring all the items they already owned together! I must say this was the quickest makeover I had done - One Week People! This apartment was transformed and their reaction... beyond words!
The house already had strong pieces, furniture that can stand up to a busy family life, so the first thing we did was reorganize the layout of the furniture so that the flow of movement was better.
Entering the living room you are now welcomed with the piano on the left and a console with family pics on the right where the couches are anchored in the middle away from the wall to make the living space cosier and smoother for conversations.
We played around the contrasts and the light giving an uplift to the exisiting space. We also completely changed the color scheme into calming blues and added a few metallic accent accessories, side lamps, wall art, new curtains, upholstered the exsiting cushions and loaded the space with fresh plants and flowers.
