DESIGN FILES: SUMMER IN PAISLEY

So my youngest client demands a summer makeover for her room … how I handle it? with the oldest trick in the book.. a few new pieces a few items in the houses moved around and voila… a makeover room in few hours time.

The main purchases were the bedding, the bean bag, a few pillows, the lamp & the garland - total cost: 550 dhs .. which means she gets the room she wanted on the budget I wanted! (the carpet and rest of the items were all already in the house, just shuffled around!)

We’ve toned down the items on the wall and kept it minimal in order to give the paisley pattern space for play. The little reading nook is much more interesting now for the long summer days— best of all she’s happy!
